Everything seemed outstanding, amiable staff, brand-new rooms. Got wheelchair accessible room, as expected. An electric kettle and a fridge were a nice touch. Decent base for exploring Ha Long.

Everything was very clean, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. We enjoyed our twin/double room. Central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk available.

I appreciated the funny staff and the delicious food. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Welcoming service provided too. I used to use free wifi in public areas.

All good — we loved our stay — food was superb and absolutely amazing staff. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. It was nice having a fireplace, an electronic key card and a work desk. We had a wonderful view.

We had 2 nights in Ha Long, spend our time here really good. Staff was best and the little extra touches like a mini bar fridge, a personal safe and a heating system in the room was a treat. The host is outstanding. In fact, the free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top...
The street was usually noisy.

This place was exclusive and the stuff was friendly. Bai Chay district is worth looking into. It was tidy room with a heating system, a sofa bed and TV. Hotel's driver helped us a lot! Besides, private parking was appreciated. Want to say thanks for AMAZING stay.
